Dark in color, but not in flavor. Huge floral and citrus hop notes and flavor. Light malt backbone. Very light touch of roasted grain. Very hoppy finish.
Sour Saison with Brett
6.3% ABV; 30 IBUs
A Saison fermented with lactobacillus to create a lemony mouth puckering sourness. The beer was then fermented with a small amount of Brettanomyces to provide light fruity notes and to finish very dry and crisp.
100% Brett IPA
6.5% ABV; 65 IBUs
An IPA completely fermented with Brettanomyces. Tropical fruit and citrus. Smooth hop bitterness. Dry and crisp with a slight touch of funk.
