W.N.C. Pils

(Pilsner)

A crisp and slightly bitter dry hopped lager with Amarillo, Citra, Mosaic, and Riwaka. Brewed using local Riverbend Malt from Asheville, North Carolina. Notes of sweet citrus and tropical flavors with a balanced bitterness and an ultimately refreshing finish

A portion of will be donated to Beloved Asheville to assist their continued efforts to help those affected and displaced from Hurricane Helene

5.7% ABV - 35 IBUs

Dancing Dogs

(IIPA)

Hazy IIPA dry hopped with Sultana, 1019, and Simcoe hops. Pineapple, citrus and pine notes followed by a pillowy soft mouthfeel.  

7.8% ABV - 40 IBUs

CRANUCOPIA

(Sour)

Sour ale brewed with marshmallows then finished with orange peel, a huge dose of cranberries, and a touch of Madagascar vanilla beans.

6.5% ABV - 15 IBUs

THEM APPLES

(GRAF)

Graf - half beer, half hard apple cider, finished with graham crackers, vanilla, and homemade spice blend to taste like apple pie.

5.5% ABV - 12 IBUs

COASTAL SERIES #52

(Rye IPA)

West Coast style IPA made with a hefty dose of rye malt. Upfront citrus, floral, and pine hop notes followed by a light malt backbone. Finishes crisp with a touch of spice from the rye.

6.8% ABV - 70 IBUs
