20th anniversary beer for Against the Grain Tattoo! Hazy/juicy IIPA loaded with Strata, Azacca, & Rakau Hops. Fruity, citrusy, & danky hops followed by a pillowy soft mouthfeel.
“Cold” IPA made using Lager yeast fermented warmer with corn and rice added to lighten the body/malt backbone, then heavily hopped and dry hopped for an extremely drinkable and hoppy beer.
Sour, lightly salted, yet perfectly balanced with lime & a touch of orange. Ridiculously refreshing.

Hard seltzer with large amounts of passion fruit, tangerine, and guava purees added for a super fruity & delicious seltzer.
Sour ale fermented on loads of mandarin oranges, pineapple, coconut flakes, marshmallows & cherries. Sour, fruity & refreshing.
Stout fermented with bananas & finished with dark roasted coffee beans. Coffee & dark roasted grains upfront followed by a smooth banana finish. Roasty, smooth & balanced.
A malty and lightly tart/sour Farmhouse Ale aged on American Oak. Crisp, refreshing, and complex.

Smoothie style hard seltzer inspired by a Fuzzy Navel cocktail. Loads of orange and peach purees were added for a super fruity & delicious seltzer.
A strong, but extremely drinkable Baltic Porter fermented on huge amounts of blueberry puree, fermented with lager yeast & cold conditioned. Dark cocoa and blueberry notes with a clean and malty backbone.
This IIPA is a bigger/stronger version of our flagship Dragon Point IPA.
Double Stout made with Apple Jacks Cereal, fresh apples and cinnamon. Apple/cinnamon notes upfront but a smooth, rich and robust stout finish.
Sour Ale made with OOPS All Berries Cereal and fermented on huge amounts of blueberries, cherries, peach puree, raspberry puree, grape juice, and orange juice. Sour/tart and fruity.
Hefeweizen made with Strawberry Frosted Mini-Wheats Cereal then fermented on huge amounts of strawberries and finished with vanilla. Notes/flavors of strawberries and cream with a wheat malt finish.
