Rye Are You So Delicious? (Rye IPA)
This Rye IPA was made with a hefty dose of rye malt. Upfront you get pine and citrus notes followed by a slight spiciness from the rye and ending with a balanced malt backbone and smooth bitterness.
This Mexican cocoa inspired stout was brewed with coffee, vanilla, cocoa, cinnamon, and smoked peppers. Upfront you will notice the coffee, cocoa and vanilla flavors followed by a light cinnamon background and it finishes with a slight smokey burn in the back of your throat from the peppers.
Orange A Peel
Traditional German style wheat beer made with Florida oranges. Fresh orange aromas blended with mild banana and clove notes from the Bavarian yeast, balanced by a light malt backbone. This beer is super refreshing – like sunshine in a glass.
Great White IPA
This White IPA was brewed with over 150 lbs. of local, Brevard County Grapefruits! The Belgian Wit yeast blends perfectly with the bitterness from the grapefruits. Instead of the traditional dry hopping, grapefruit peels were added to the secondary to create a wonderful grapefruit aroma.
Light amber colored ale. Light notes of caramel/toffee. Toasty, biscuity finish with a touch of citrus hops.

McStouty (Irish Dry Stout)

Gose the Gozerian
This Gose (Goes-uh) was sour mashed to capture wild and natural lactic acid from the grain, which gives a citrusy/coriander finish. Traditional Gose’s, with salt and coriander, are the only beer under the German beer purity law (Reinheitsgebot) that is allowed to have anything besides water, malt, yeast, and hops.
